Do you have long-distance family members who can’t visit regularly with your loved one? Would you like your young children to be able to contact your elderly loved one more often than you can bring them? Are you unable to visit in person as much as you’d like?

To communicate with your loved one by e-mail, simply fill out the online form below and your message will be transmitted immediately. Upon receipt at our computer, one of our employees will print your message and hand-deliver it to your loved one’s room.

You’re able to receive e-mail as well. If your loved one can’t answer your e-mail personally with the help of an employee, the employee will answer on his or her behalf.

(Note: Due to federal regulations concerning healthcare privacy, we are unable to set up any resident with a private e-mail address. Although we will take precautions to keep your e-mail confidential, we cannot guarantee privacy for any message sent.)
