The inside of any nursing home tells the real story. It could be beautiful on the outside, but lonely and dreary on the inside. Visit the inside of any Resident Centered Care by Golden Living and you’ll feel a sense of “community,” of personal empowerment, of fulfillment.
Our buildings are designed or remodeled to accommodate the individual needs and wishes of our residents. The bathing process should be comfortable and private, and we’ve renovated our bathing areas to have more homelike lighting and more color -- to be more spa-like and inviting. Our residents want the freedom to dine when they wish -- and how they wish -- so our dining rooms are designed for casual meals as well as socializing with family or friends.
We don’t just build nursing homes -- we create “neighborhoods.” We educate and inform our staff to think “outside the box.” And we make this commitment to our residents: “This is your home; do as you please.”
